ETTORE IGT
Ettore IGT wine was first produced in 2003, and was dedicated to Giovanna Tantini’s son Ettore. It’s a blend of Corvina Veronese and Merlot, grapes from two very specific vines of great potential. This potential is expressed if the grapes from the area are vinified using the correct techniques. The Corvina grapes are left on 4kg plateaux to wither for 20 days, while the Merlot grapes are picked and vinified within the hour.
