Two IGT wines are produced from single vineyards: Greta and Ettore.
A strict green harvest is followed by a scrupulous selection process with only perfect berries eventually entering the winery. All stages of production are executed entirely by the estate’s employees.
The barrelaging cellar, reserved only for IGT wines “Greta” and “Hector”, is inside the walls of the historic center of Lazise sul Garda, a few kilometers from the winery. It dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century and is entirely underground.
